Plan Manager
The Plan Manager allows you to mark specific locations and then link them to the following content:
Contents
Videos, images and documents
QR codes and NFC tags
Actions
Upload media
Upload documents
Record videos
Creating and editing pins
Information storage
The data is stored locally on a PC, tablet or mobile phone. Only when an account has been created will the data be transferred to the server. When you log in, the content is synchronized and accessible on all logged in devices. (currently restricted)
Touchscreen
The plans can be moved, enlarged and reduced with two fingers.
When a pin is touched, details can be shown and hidden.
Adding new pins is done by clicking the + button. Then position the pin with two fingers. Then the pin can either be saved.
An existing pin can be repositioned at any time with touch and drag and automatically saved.
Desktop ohne Touchscreen
The plans can be moved, enlarged and reduced with a click and drag.
When a pin is clicked, details can be shown and hidden.
You can add new pins by double-clicking on the map. An existing pin can be repositioned with a click and drag.
Alternatively, you can click on the + button, position the pin exactly with click and drag and then save.
If you want, you can activate or deactivate the crosshair, which moves with the mouse pointer.
With the scroll button or two fingers on a touch pad, the plan can be zoomed in or out in the exact area of the mouse pointer.
Upload or record media
An open pin can be edited by clicking on either the edit icon or the text. Then click Save or Cancel.
Photos, videos and PDF documents can be added with click or drag and drop.
Alternatively, you can take photos directly in the image display by clicking on the camera icon. To do this, the application must be granted permission beforehand (a permission request from the browser appears). If multiple cameras are available, 2 live images will be displayed. These can then be swapped depending on which camera you want to use. Only the visible area is recorded. If you want to enlarge the view, you can enlarge the view in the upper area of the live image.
You can also use the gallery or the camera directly by clicking on the gallery icon. This also allows you to use the settings of the camera.
