In the navigation in the submenu - User and Options, select one of these variants.

The options only apply to screens below 992px and to most smartphones.

The drop-down menu remains integrated in the navigation.

detached

The drop-down menu is optically removed from the navigation.

left-sidebar/ right-sidebar

The navigation bar is displayed on either the left or right side.

/pill-bar-right

The navigation bar is displayed on either the left or right side in Pill Style.
