This notice applies to consumers (§ 1 KSchG) buying from mahevi solutions – for example AI contingents (tokens, speech minutes). Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (mahevi solutions, Mag. Alexander Hubert Schaffer, Langstögergasse 5-7/1/3, 3400 Klosterneuburg, Austria, e-mail: alexander@mahevi.solutions) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested the performance to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract – for an AI contingent, the share you have used by then.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
An AI contingent is a service: we activate it at once if you expressly ask for that when buying. If you withdraw within the withdrawal period, you pay for the part used so far and get the rest back. Your right of withdrawal expires only once the service is fully provided – for an AI contingent, once it is used up – and you acknowledged before buying that you lose it then (§ 18 (1) 1 FAGG).
