What the result means
Genuine document
An invoice, credit note, quote, reminder or contract exactly as it was finalized in invoicing: with issuer, number, date and who finalized it. A cancelled document is shown as cancelled.
Signed
Signed on the “Sign PDF” page and unchanged since. Signed with an account, the check names the person and the tenant – signed without one, only that the file is unchanged.
Changed or not confirmed
Saving again, filling in, printing to PDF or a stamp such as “COPY” already changes the file, and then the check finds nothing. A scan or photo can never be confirmed – check the original file you received.
What is stored
Nothing. The file is checked and discarded right away.
